**Southside Community Center Offers Beginner Keiki Hula Classes for Children**
The Southside Community Center in San Jose is launching beginner hula classes for children, known as Keiki Hula. The classes will focus on introducing young participants to Hawaiian language and culture.
**Keiki Hula Class Details:**
- **Keiki Hula I (Ages 5-8)**
- **Schedule:** Tuesdays from 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM
- **Dates:** October 22 to December 10
- **Location:** Southside Community Center
- **Price:** $37
- **Keiki Hula II (Ages 9-12)**
- **Schedule:** Wednesdays from 4:30 PM to 5:30 PM
- **Dates:** October 23 to December 11
- **Location:** Southside Community Center
- **Price:** $37
Participants will learn counting, body parts, essential vocabulary, enchanting Hawaiian songs, basic hula steps, hula motions, and timing, while also understanding performance etiquette.
