The Austin Parks and Recreation Department is inviting young artists from the Austin area to enter the Annual Zilker Tree Art Contest. This contest is open to artists aged 5 to 10 years old, who will compete to have their artwork featured on the Zilker Tree, a popular holiday attraction.

Artwork submissions are being accepted until November 1, 2024. The top three winners from each age category, Junior and Senior, will be recognized during the tree lighting ceremony, scheduled for Sunday, December 1, 2024.
