The DeLand High School Homecoming Parade took place recently, bringing the community together in celebration. Dr. Carmen Balgobin, the Superintendent of Volusia County Schools, and Jamie M. Haynes, a member of the School Board for District 1, represented the school district in the parade. They greeted attendees from their convertibles. The event highlighted community spirit and involvement.
