**City of Sarasota Storm Cleanup Update**

Sarasota, FL - As of September 27 at 2 p.m., crews from the City of Sarasota's Parks and Recreation Department, Public Works, and Utilities are actively engaged in storm cleanup efforts. Their tasks include clearing roads, cleaning parks, and restoring public spaces, utilities, and traffic signals.

Residents are advised to avoid areas marked with caution tape or barriers, as these may contain both seen and unseen hazards. It is recommended that residents wait until restoration efforts are complete and affected areas are confirmed safe before returning.
