Hurricane Helene Updates From Jacksonville Officials

The City of Jacksonville has provided updates regarding Hurricane Helene's aftermath.
A local state of emergency has been lifted. As a result, five emergency shelters have ceased operations. The 630-CITY hotline will be taking calls until 12 PM today. Additionally, libraries are open for public use. Work on trees and traffic signals is ongoing.
