**PeerSpectives Roundtable Group for Business Leaders in Akron**

The Greater Akron Chamber has announced the PeerSpectives program, which offers a unique roundtable structure for leaders of growing companies. Participants regularly meet in a small group to exchange ideas and experiences. The sessions are designed to create a supportive environment where business owners can discuss the challenges they face.

The group is facilitated by Steve Millard, and it aims to provide a confidential platform for participants to seek advice on tough decisions impacting business growth and performance.
