**City of Akron Leaf Collection Update**
The City of Akron has announced its leaf removal schedule for the upcoming months. Here are the scheduled dates for each ward:
- **Ward 5:** Monday, November 4, 2024
- **Ward 3:** Wednesday, November 6, 2024
- **Ward 9:** Friday, November 8, 2024
- **Ward 7:** Tuesday, November 12, 2024
- **Ward 6:** Friday, November 15, 2024
- **Ward 4:** Tuesday, November 19, 2024
- **Ward 8:** Monday, November 25, 2024
- **Ward 1:** Wednesday, December 4, 2024
- **Ward 2:** Saturday, December 7, 2024
- **Ward 10:** Wednesday, December 11, 2024
Progress updates indicate that leaf collection is currently 34% complete, with three wards already finished and seven remaining. Residents can track where crews are working and view the complete schedule at akronohio.gov/leaves.
Please note that leaf collection may take multiple days to complete in each ward.
