Light Snowfall Impacts I-25 Corridor This Morning

**Snow Blankets the I-25 Corridor and Plains, Expected to Diminish By Afternoon**
This morning, widespread light to locally moderate snowfall is affecting areas across the I-25 corridor and the eastern plains of Colorado, according to the National Weather Service (NWS) in Denver/Boulder. Cities experiencing the snowfall include Fort Collins, Greeley, Boulder, Broomfield, Central City, Georgetown, Golden, Denver, Littleton, Castle Rock, Kiowa, Colorado Springs, Hugo, Fort Morgan, Akron, and Sterling.
The snowfall is expected to persist for approximately 3 to 4 more hours, gradually tapering off from north to south. After around 9:00 a.m., lighter, intermittent snow showers are anticipated before the weather begins to clear this afternoon.
Drivers in the affected areas are advised to exercise caution as slick road conditions may develop.
