**U.S. Marshals Seek Fugitive Emilo Joseph Lee Dial; Public Asked for Assistance**

AKRON, OH — The Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force is actively seeking information on the whereabouts of Emilo Joseph Lee Dial, named as the U.S. Marshals Service Fugitive of the Week. Dial, 22, is wanted on several serious charges, including rape of a minor, sexual battery with specifications, intimidation of a witness, and failure to provide notice of address change.

Dial is described as a white male, standing 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighing approximately 200 pounds. Authorities report that he is known to frequent locations within the Cuyahoga and Portage County areas.

To aid in his capture, the task force is offering a reward for information leading to Dial's apprehension.
