Akron, Ohio – The Mayor's Office has released impressive statistics showcasing the city's service achievements for 2024. The data underscores the hard work and dedication of the city's service department in maintaining and improving Akron's infrastructure. - **46,400 cubic yards of leaves removed**: Crews cleared a significant amount of organic debris to keep streets and neighborhoods clean.

- **40 miles of streets resurfaced**: Roadways were improved, providing smoother and safer transportation for residents and visitors.

- **1,687 potholes filled**: Repairs were made across the city to address wear and tear on streets due to weather and use.

- **95,407 calls to 3-1-1**: The city managed tens of thousands of service requests and inquiries, ensuring citizens' concerns were addressed.
