**Akron Fire Department’s Dive Team Conducts Ice Diving Training Amid Cold Weather**

Akron, Ohio – The Akron Fire Department has reported that Station 10A's Dive Team recently leveraged Ohio’s notorious cold weather for a specialized training exercise in ice diving. The team took the opportunity to practice and enhance their skills in handling water emergencies in freezing conditions.

Acknowledging the challenging weather, the department noted that emergencies involving water can happen in any conditions, whether hot or cold. Their readiness for all circumstances ensures they can respond effectively to such situations year-round.

The department used the training session to stay prepared and emphasized the importance of practicing in varying environments to maintain their high standard of emergency services.
