**Geneva Indoor Markets Kick Off with Local Vendors**

Geneva, NY – The Geneva Indoor Markets are hosting a series of events, with upcoming dates scheduled for February 8th, March 8th, and April 12th from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The events will take place at the Finger Lakes Welcome Center located at 35 Lakefront Drive.

Over 25 vendors from the Finger Lakes region are set to showcase their products, including food, craft beverages, artwork, handmade items, bath and beauty products, and more. The indoor markets provide a great opportunity for visitors to support local businesses and explore the variety of offerings from the community.

The Indoor Markets are part of a busy day in Geneva, which also features an Art Walk and the Finger Lakes Film Festival. Visitors are encouraged to explore all the activities taking place in the area.

Geneva hosts paper-coiling workshop for adults, teens.

Geneva, N.Y. — A paper-coiling workshop for adults and teens ages 13 and up, designed for beginners and those with some experience, led by Sarah Pendry, is set for Saturday, June 20, at The Dons Block Project Community Arts Center, from 12:30 to 3:30 p.m., with registration required and space limited to 15 participants.

Geneva student advances to Scripps National Spelling Bee

Geneva City Schools announced that Geneva Middle School student Logan Yuan became the district’s first qualifier in 19 years for the Scripps National Spelling Bee after winning both the Geneva district spelling bee and the Wayne-Finger Lakes BOCES regional competition, with the national event airing May 27–28.
