The Ontario County Sheriff's Office is hosting a National Night Out on Monday, August 5, 2025, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Geneva Recreation Complex, located at 666 Exchange Street in Geneva, NY. The event is free and open to all ages.

Attendees will have opportunities to see patrol vehicles and participate in a K-9 demonstration. Family-friendly activities include free hot dogs for children age 15 and under, games, a bike rodeo, face painting, and a vendor stamp card for a grand prize drawing. Additionally, there will be door prizes for adults, with door prizes held throughout the evening and the children’s grand prize drawing scheduled for 7:00 p.m.

Other activities include a sung rendition of the national anthem by Elizabeth Cianciglini, a dunking booth, a Mercy Flight helicopter display, and the use of drunk vision goggles. A first responder vehicle display, including first responder vehicles on site, is part of the event, and community members will have the opportunity to meet local first responders and learn about their work.

This event aims to honor and support first responders while providing a chance for the community to gather and enjoy a variety of activities.
