Geneva Public Library Hosts Kids Chiropractic Exercise Program

The Geneva Public Library in Geneva, NY is hosting a special program designed for kids in grades K to 5 on Tuesday, July 22 at 10:30 a.m. The event will feature a chiropractor who will teach simple exercises and stretches to help strengthen joints and muscles safely. Attendees will also learn how chiropractic care can contribute to overall health and well-being. In addition, every participant will receive an exercise band to take home.
