Geneva Public Library in Geneva, NY announced a beginner-friendly sewing series led by Jessica Holman starting Monday, September 15 at 5:30 p.m. The series covers the basics of hand sewing, mending, and simple alterations in a relaxed, supportive setting. No sewing machine or previous experience is required.

Classes will be held every other week through October with sessions scheduled on September 15, September 29, October 13, and October 27, all from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. Participants are encouraged to register in advance by visiting the Geneva Public Library calendar at gplny.org.
