The Lackawanna County Reentry Task Force will host the 2nd Chance Festival on Thursday, Sept. 18, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. The event will be held on the courthouse square at the Lackawanna County Courthouse on the Linden Street side in Scranton, Pennsylvania. Attendees can visit information tables, participate in drawings and giveaways, and enjoy music. Performers scheduled for the event include Clarence Spady and Wade Preston.
