Geneva High School seniors Madeline Askin and Malcolm King have been named Commended Students for the 2026 National Merit Scholarship Program. The designation places the two among the top students nationwide recognized for their academic promise.

Principal Matt Heath presented each student with a Letter of Commendation from both the school and the National Merit Scholarship Corporation. The event was attended by the students' parents, Jessica and Dean Askin, as well as Erika and Charles King.
