The Geneva City Schools GMS FITT Club set a new record with 19 participants during its recent afternoon program. Students started with active stretches before engaging in a 1- to 2-mile run or track workout. The session concluded with strength training in the fitness center. The club holds its meetings every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
