Students at Geneva City Schools in Geneva, NY participated in the annual GMS Water Walk to learn about the challenges of obtaining clean water in Uganda. The walk was part of a partnership with the Ugandan Water Project. Participants learned about the daily journey many children take to collect water and discussed how a new rainwater collection system could provide long-term benefits to a school community in Uganda.

The event highlighted the importance of clean water access and aimed to make a positive global impact. Supporters of the initiative helped students understand water-related challenges faced in Uganda and contributed to community efforts for change.
