Students and families at Lincoln Heights Environmental Connections Magnet Elementary School in Apex, North Carolina, enjoyed a holiday meal celebration. The meal was part of a two‐week series of holiday meals provided by the Wake County Public Schools Child Nutrition team to every elementary school this season. The menu featured turkey tenderloin, stuffing, mashed potatoes, green beans, carrot soufflé, and apple crisp for dessert.
