Hobart and William Smith Colleges in Geneva, N.Y., invites the Class of 2030 to an Admitted Student Day. The event is designed for admitted students who want to explore HWS more deeply and for enrolled students ready to preview the next four years.
Highlights include: sample classes with our faculty; Open House at the President's Home (a campus tradition you don't want to miss); the Academic Expo with faculty and current students; a Special Class of 2030 T-shirt; and tours of campus and residence halls.

Tribastone's Mandarins up for auction at The Dove Block Project
Mandarins, a still-life painting by Patricia Tribastone, is up for auction at The Dove Block Project in Geneva, N.Y., with a starting bid of $260 to benefit the project; the oil-on-board work measures 19 by 15 inches, Tribastone is president of operations for the National Oil & Acrylic Painters’ Society and has exhibited nationally, it can be viewed at 465 Exchange Street, Wednesdays through Sundays from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m., and bids will be accepted until 4 p.m. on Feb. 28.

"Loving Vincent" retells van Gogh death mystery in Geneva, N.Y.
Loving Vincent, an animated historical drama about Vincent van Gogh's death, was created with about 65,000 hand-painted frames by 125 artists over six years and features 94 of his paintings, with a free Sunday screening Feb. 22 at 1 p.m. at the Dove Block Project in Geneva, N.Y.
