Geneva students mark 10-year ROC2Change Spring Summit

GENEVA, N.Y. — Members of the Geneva High School Social Justice Club traveled to Spencerport for ROC2Change’s Spring Summit, Celebrate. Belong. Persist.—a milestone event marking 10 years of elevating student voices and empowering youth to take action.

Throughout the day, students connected with peers from across the region, engaging in conversations about identity, equity, and creating change in their schools and communities.

Geneva City Schools said, "We are proud of this group for showing up as thoughtful leaders and advocates, working alongside others to build a more inclusive future." The post accompanying the trip also included the hashtags #PantherPride and #GenevaCSD.

The material ends with the phrase "The only thing powerful is love," followed by its Spanish translation "Lo único más poderoso es el amor."
