The YMCA of Greater Pittsburgh is launching a new program called LIVE𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗢𝗡𝗚 at three locations in September. LIVE𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗢𝗡𝗚 at the YMCA is a physical activity and well-being program for adult cancer survivors to help them achieve their holistic health goals. Participants will work with trained Y staff to build muscle mass, strength, flexibility, endurance, confidence, and self-esteem. The program also focuses on the emotional well-being of survivors and their families by providing a supportive community. LIVE𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗢𝗡𝗚 at the YMCA aims to help people move beyond cancer in spirit, mind, and body.
