Single tickets for all performances in the Austin Opera’s 2024-2025 season are now available for purchase. The company will host the premiere of Verdi’s REQUIEM on February 1 and 2, 2025. This event is part of a new series titled "Opera Unleashed: Epic Masterpieces," led by Timothy Myers.

Verdi’s REQUIEM, which originally premiered in 1874, is described as a significant work for the human voice. The performance will feature the Austin Opera Orchestra, four notable opera stars—Leah Crocetto, Daryl Freedman, Limmie Pulliam, and Wei Wu—and a combined chorus from the Austin Opera Chorus and Chorus Austin.
