Nightly Caretaker Preserves the 9/11 Memorial Pools

James Maroon works at the 9/11 Memorial in New York City, spending eight hours each night, five days a week, caring for the memorial pools. His role involves cleaning and maintaining the site to ensure it appears immaculate for the next day's visitors.
