Nightly Caretaker Preserves the 9/11 Memorial Pools

James Maroon works at the 9/11 Memorial in New York City, spending eight hours each night, five days a week, caring for the memorial pools. His role involves cleaning and maintaining the site to ensure it appears immaculate for the next day's visitors. Maroon's story provides insight into the dedication required for such an important memorial.
