Active Life Fitness is launching a "Fit for Fall 50-Day Challenge" starting on September 23, aimed at individuals looking to regain their fitness after the summer.

Participants will receive the following benefits:

- A comprehensive fitness assessment to identify their starting point

- Three small-group personal training sessions each week

- Unlimited access to fat-blasting cardio classes

- A 50-Day Waist-Shrinking Healthy Habit Checklist

The regular enrollment fee is $499, but Chamber Email Subscribers can receive a $100 discount.
