Propane Fire Contained at South Carolina Ave SE

On Sunday, September 15th, a Box Alarm was reported by DC Fire and EMS in the 600 block of South Carolina Ave SE in Washington, D.C. The fire involved propane tanks, fencing, and a wooden structure in the rear yard. Firefighters were able to extinguish the flames before they spread to nearby homes. The Hazmat Unit was called in to secure the propane tanks. No injuries were reported during the incident.
