The Garwood Public Library is serving as a polling location today, September 18th, for the special election to fill Donald Payne Jr.'s Congressional Seat. The library will remain open during voting hours; however, the children's section will be closed. Access to computers and seating will not be available. Patrons can still browse the library and check out materials.
