Senior Wellness Jamboree Set for October 4

The Columbus Recreation and Parks Department is hosting the Senior Wellness Jamboree on October 4 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Schiller Park. The event will include a fun fitness walk with options for varying distances suitable for all fitness levels. Attendees will also get a preview of wellness classes available at local community centers and receive tips and resources for maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
