Thirteen eighth-grade girls from Victory Middle School in Meridian, Idaho, attended the TechGirlz Conference organized by W.IN. The conference featured a variety of engineering design activities and STEM workshops aimed at encouraging female students to explore careers in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. During the Environmental Sustainability Design Challenge, two of the students from the school secured 2nd place out of more than 40 competing teams.
