Liz Kmiecinski, a former breast cancer patient, is now working at the YMCA of Greater Rochester in Canandaigua. Diagnosed with breast cancer in 2016, Liz has focused on maintaining her health through regular swimming sessions at the YMCA. Nearly a decade after her diagnosis, she is dedicated to supporting others in their health and wellness journeys. This initiative aligns with Breast Cancer Awareness efforts and highlights the importance of regular health practices.
