The Kern County Library is hosting a series of Halloween events in Bakersfield. The activities are designed for families and aim to provide a fun and creative way to celebrate the season.

Events include:

- **Crazy Crafting: Haunted House Treat Box** on Tuesday, October 29th, at 4:00 PM at the Northeast Branch Library.

- **Trick-or-Treat Bag Decorating** on Wednesday, October 30th, from 10:30 AM to 1:30 PM at Beale Memorial Library.

- **Halloween Bingo** on Thursday, October 31st, from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Beale Memorial Library.

- **Halloween Carnival** on Thursday, October 31st, from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Baker Branch Library.

- **Halloween Scavengers** on Thursday, October 31st, at 4:00 PM at Northeast Branch Library.

- **Halloween Party** on Thursday, October 31st, at 4:00 PM at Rathbun Branch Library.
