**Traffic Closures Announced for Bakersfield Halloween Event**

Bakersfield, CA – Traffic will be impacted on Truxtun Avenue and Eye Street on October 24 due to the Bakersfield Police Department's Halloween event. The closures will begin at noon and last until 10 p.m.

Truxtun Avenue will be closed between Chester and H streets, and Eye Street will be shut down from 15th to 17th streets.

Drivers attending the event are encouraged to use the parking structure located at 18th and Eye Street, where the first two hours of parking will be free.
