At the Geneva Public Library in Geneva, NY, a daytime foam party took place as part of the library’s Summer Reading program. Guests were treated to Freddy Frog's Foam and, later, a glow-in-the-dark foam session that targeted teens and tweens in the evening. Visitors driving by in the morning or late evening on Thursday might have seen what looked like a large-scale washing machine malfunction, but the unusual event was actually a foam party.
