Monroe County Sheriff's Office reports that missing person Cheryl Martin has been located and is safe and in good health. Authorities thanked their law enforcement partners with the New York State Police for their assistance in locating her and expressed appreciation to everyone who shared her information.

Earlier in the evening, deputies had been searching for 69‐year‐old Cheryl Martin of Churchville. She left her residence at 5:30 p.m. and was last seen on the Thruway near Akron, New York, operating a gray 2015 Buick with New York State license plates M-181. Anyone with further information was asked to call 911.
