Wake County: Applications Open for 2026 Resource Conservation Workshop

RALEIGH, N.C. — Wake County Government says applications are open for the 2026 Resource Conservation Workshop.

The week-long, hands-on program will be held at North Carolina State University in Raleigh from Sunday, June 14, through Friday, June 19, 2026. Rising high school sophomores, juniors and seniors are eligible to apply for a $650 scholarship to attend.

The program aims to connect students from across North Carolina and teach them how to protect the environment.
