City of Geneva offers online utility bill payments

Geneva, N.Y. — The City of Geneva announced that residents can pay utility bills online. Residents can access their accounts, check balances, and make payments by computer or mobile device. They can scan the QR code or visit www.cityofgenevany.gov to get started.

The online payment portal is safe and secure and provides access to utility accounts 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Residents can pay water and sewer bills from home or the office, view real-time account balances, payment amounts and due dates, and view consumption history. They can also save on postage.
