NYCEDC Launches First Green Economy Advisory Council

The New York City Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC) has announced the establishment of the city’s first-ever Green Economy Advisory Council. This initiative is part of the Green Economy Action Plan and aims to promote a transition to a clean energy future. The Advisory Council will have a focus on strengthening business confidence, fostering innovation sectors with an emphasis on equity, and developing neighborhoods that support living, learning, working, and playing. Additionally, the council will work to deliver sustainable infrastructure throughout the city. The announcement was made via a press release available on the NYCEDC website.
