Wine and Cheese Art Expo to Support Scholarships

The Mayor's Youth Commission Scholarship Committee is hosting a Wine and Cheese Art Expo Fundraiser on Friday, September 20, 2024. The event will take place at the Raymond Wood Bauer Promenade, located at 400 North Wood Avenue in Linden.
Attendees can enjoy a wine and cheese tasting from 5:30 PM to 7:30 PM, followed by live jazz and blues performances starting at 7:30 PM. The artwork of Enrique from Parede Art LLC will be featured at the event.
Tickets are priced at $35 per person. For ticket purchases or additional information, individuals can contact Danie Orelien at 908-403-3880, Sandra Jackson at 908-494-9138, or Rosalind Pearson at 908-816-7801.
Additionally, there will be non-alcoholic juice tastings provided by Sunpower Juice, located at 239 W St George's Avenue. The proceeds from this event will go towards scholarships and Project Graduation for the Linden High School Class of 2025, with an aim to raise $50,000 this year.
