The Spartanburg Fire Department will host its 22nd Annual Open House on Sunday, October 13, 2024, from 2 PM to 5 PM. The event will take place at Spartanburg City Fire Station 1, located at 450 Wofford Street, Spartanburg, SC.

This free event offers a variety of activities aimed at promoting fire safety. Attendees can enjoy free food, learn about fire safety, and participate in games. There will also be tours of the Family Safety House, as well as tours of the fire station and fire trucks.

Additionally, community members can assist burn victims by donating aluminum cans at collection trailers located at Spartanburg City Fire Station 1 and Fire Station 4, which can be found at 450 Wofford Street and 200 Camelot Drive, respectively. Collection boxes and pickup for local businesses are provided free of charge.
