Akron St. Patrick's Day Parade Set for March 8

**City of Akron to Host 42nd Annual St. Patrick's Day Parade**

The City of Akron has announced the return of its annual St. Patrick's Day Parade, presented by the Mark Heffernan/Margaret Judge Divisions of the Ancient Order of Hibernians in association with the city. The parade will take place on Saturday, March 8, beginning at 12:00 PM.

The route will start at Cedar/S. Main Street and continue northbound along South Main Street, concluding at Bowery Street in downtown Akron.

Organizations interested in participating in the parade must register by February 25. Registration can be completed online at https://bit.ly/4bg1csf. Additional details, including information about the parade and road closures, are available at https://bit.ly/3XbQJZe.

Residents and visitors are encouraged to join in the celebration and enjoy the festive occasion.
