**Akron Fire Department Trains EMS Instructors on New LifePack 35 Monitors**
The Akron Fire Department in Akron, Ohio, hosted an important training session to prepare for the rollout of new medical equipment. Jason Roberts, from Stryker Medical Devices and Equipment, led a session titled "train the trainers" to educate several EMS instructors on how to use the LifePack 35 cardiac monitors.
The department plans to equip its squads with these advanced monitors soon. The involved instructors will now be responsible for teaching other medics about the device during the upcoming March Run Review Continuing Education (CE) sessions.
The Akron Fire Department expressed its gratitude to Jason Roberts for taking the time to support their training efforts. Having the instructors well-versed in the LifePack 35 features will ensure a smooth transition to the new equipment, ultimately enhancing patient care in the field.
