Geneva Library Kicks Off 2025 Homeschool Programs
Geneva Public Library in Geneva, NY, has announced that their Homeschool Groups are back for the 2025–2026 school year. Last week, the library hosted activities for its younger students from preschool to grade 5 as they began exploring the Netherlands. Meanwhile, teens participated in yoga with Vanessa from HARNESS YOGA and took part in a mindful painting session.
This Friday, September 12 at 1 pm, the library is continuing the new school year with two separate Homeschool Group activities. The In Home School Meet-Up will introduce children to Dutch artist Vincent van Gogh, allowing them to create their own artwork inspired by him. At the same time, the Teen Homeschool Group will explore cubism by working on expressive self-portraits in that style.
Both groups will meet every Friday at 1 pm when school is in session. More information and registration can be found on the Geneva Public Library website at gplny.org.
