Geneva Third Graders Celebrate Thanksgiving With Parade

At North Street School in Geneva, third graders participated in a "Giving Thanks Parade." The event was inspired by the 101-year tradition of the Thanksgiving Day Parade. In preparation for the holiday break, students worked in STEAM classes to engineer and design their own balloons. The parade moved along a hallway route from the STEAM lab to the front office. Teachers and students collaborated on the project, and the activity showcased teamwork and creativity before the holiday.
