Wake County Pre-K Offers Free Preschool to Eligible Residents
Wake County Public Schools in Apex, North Carolina, says eligible Wake County residents with a child who will be 4 by Aug. 31 may qualify for free preschool services through Wake Pre-K. The district will host four in-person events to assist families with the application process.
The first event is Saturday, Feb. 21, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Early Learning Center, 5008 Memory Road, Raleigh.

Wake County approves $23.5 million for 12 sports, arts projects
