The Akron Area YMCA is currently celebrating Welcome Week from September 16 to 22, and is inviting members to share recipes that reflect their culture. Participants are encouraged to write down or print their recipes, including the dish's origin, their name, and the complete list of ingredients. Recipes can be submitted either at the front desk or electronically to loganb@akronymca.org.

Midway through the week, the YMCA expresses gratitude to those who have already contributed recipes. The organization emphasizes that submissions can include dishes for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or dessert, as long as they represent the individual's family and heritage. Members are urged to participate and share their culinary traditions.
