**Boise State University Partners with Micron for Student Learning Opportunities**

Boise, Idaho – Since 2019, Boise State University has been collaborating with Micron Technology, providing students in the College of Business and Economics with hands-on experience in semiconductor research. This partnership specifically focuses on supply chain challenges during the spring semester, allowing students to engage in real-world problem-solving.

The initiative has resulted in substantial professional growth for participants. Reports indicate that over half of the students involved in the program have secured employment with Micron following their experience. Faculty mentorship plays a key role in enhancing the learning experience, contributing to a strong connection between industry and academia.

The program, known as the Spring Supply Chain Management Project, is coordinated with the Fab4 team at Micron, making it a significant opportunity for students to gain practical skills that bolster their future careers in the semiconductor field.
