Cold Temperatures and Frost Advisory for Tonight

Temperatures are expected to drop into the 30s tonight in areas inland from Lake Erie and Lake Ontario. The National Weather Service issued a report indicating that patchy frost will form overnight, although it will be less widespread than in previous nights.

Individuals with sensitive outdoor plants are advised to take precautions to protect them in order to extend their growing season.

This weather advisory is valid from Friday at 8:00 PM through Saturday at 10:00 AM EDT. Following this chilly night, dry weather and sunshine are forecasted to continue through the weekend and into early next week, with temperatures expected to warm up.
