Wake County Breaks Ground on Kellam-Wyatt Park

Wake County Government announced the groundbreaking of Kellam-Wyatt County Park in Raleigh. The park, located off Rogers Lane, is scheduled to open in 2027. It will include community gardens, demonstration gardens, and a pavilion. The park design also features walking trails, an open play area, and a nature playground. A renovated farmhouse will serve as a park center, and the site will have restroom facilities, parking, and a maintenance building. The project includes native plantings, public art, and plans for educational and recreational programs. Updates on the park's progress are being provided by Wake County Government.
