Wake County Honors Educators at 2025 Award Season
Wake County Public Schools in Apex, North Carolina, recognized both new and experienced educators during their 2025 award season. The district honored Diane Kent-Parker First-Year Teacher Award winners, celebrated seasoned teachers at the Teacher of the Year Banquet, and acknowledged school leaders at the Principal and Assistant Principal of the Year Celebration.
The district plans to continue supporting and recognizing staff in 2026. Organizations and individuals interested in helping fund these recognition events are encouraged to become district sponsors.
